What, How, Where?

STEP 1Contact us

Firstly, contact us by filling the form or send an e-mail to explain yourself. Then our our consultants will get in touch with you within 24 hours.

STEP 2Travel Details and Pre-Diagnosis

Send us your pre-diagnosis results which your assigned doctor asks you prepare before you get an offer. Please do not hesitate to let us know about your additional requests about your accommodation, transportation and other issues.

STEP 3Get An Offer

You will get an offer regarding your treatment or surgery including your travel plan. Your offer will include your doctor appointments, hospital or clinic details, your accommodation, transfer and diets etc. depending on your needs which were discovered by us in Step 2.

STEP 4Travel and Arrival

You will get on the plane and arrive your destination in Turkey. Our assistant who speaks your mother tongue will pick you up from the airport and take you to your hotel or hospital according to your health journey plan.

STEP 5Your Holiday

If you prefer and your health plan allows you an extra holiday it can be organized by our experts too. Such as sightseeing and city tours in the city your are already in or any other touristic places in Turkey.

STEP 6Your Treatment

On your first day in hospital you will perform a final check before commencing necessary treatments. Following the approval of the doctors you will have your treatments.

STEP 7Follow up Check

According to your type of surgery or treatment, specific needs and situation your doctor may ask you for follow up check one or more times. Your consultant will be guiding you throughout your recovery process until your departure.

STEP 8Home Sweet Home

Please let us know about your safe arrival to your home.
